Like everything else I have prepared myself for, I was determined to learn and get licensed. I completed the 75 hour NJ licensing classroom requirements in 2 weeks and passed on the first try.
I do not take many clients per month to make sure that my service level does not suffer. If you are not satisfied in any way with the performance of the agent selected for you, please try to let the agent address the deficiency and copy me on the communication. Your satisfaction is paramount.
Requirements to work with my teams
- You must have at minimum a 21% cash downpayment.
- A letter of committal for financing from your lender.
- An emergency fund of 6 – 12 months of expenses including potential mortgage.
- We make homeowners and complete sales with my teams of specialists.
- We will select your transaction agent by your area of interest and type of dwelling you are looking for.
